We would like to invite you to experience our Finnish-inspired wood-burning sauna, where you can indulge in all the health benefits saunas provide whilst taking in the remarkable vistas of Elizabeth Castle and beyond.
At first glance, a sauna on the beach in Jersey may not seem like a natural setting, but this pairing works as a perfect pick-me-up with a side of vitamin sea.
The idea is simple, experience the soothing heat of the sauna and its benefits before cooling off in the sea.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I book a session?
Simply head to our booking system, choose your venue, date and time and make your booking. You pay online in advance. All bookings are non refundable. We also offer payments on site during our walk in sessions. Gift cards available. Please ask for more details on these
Where can I park?
There is plenty of parking! Patriotic street multi storey carpark is just across the road. Jardin De La Mare is a short walk too and we have the laybys all the way along the waterfront from Westpark to St Aubins. NB Please do not attempt to park on the slipway or beside La Fregate cafe as these spaces are for permit holders only and you may get booked.
What do I need to bring with me?
Water to keep hydrated, a swimming costume and a towel to sit on and one to dry off with after.
Are there changing facilities?
Yes there is a very small changing area in the Sauna and public toilet directly above us on the foot path.
What time do we arrive before the session?
We recommend arriving 5/10 minutes before your session for a quick briefing
How many people are in a session?
X 8 in a private booking
X Up to 6 in a public session
Are there an age limits?
Our sessions are available to anyone over the age of 16 due to Insurance liability.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Bookings are non refundable and non transferable to future dates. If, for any reason, we are forced to cancel a session, a full refund will be given.
Is there a shower facility?
Yes there is one directly above us on the footpath
Do I have to swim or plunge?
No it is entirely your choice and we want you to be completely comfortable and happy with your experience
